Capable in all phases of production: From scheduling, planning, hiring, briefing, budgeting (etc.) in Pre-Pro, to helping out on set as an AD & point person, to Post supervision & workflow management. You must be a strong writer & communicator. Cannot stress this enough hence putting it at the top of the list.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED Exceptional communication: over email/in writing, internally, in all client-facing interactions as you would be a client lead on many projects. Busy stretches certainly allow for greater remote breaks, if desired. When production is happening it would be more days in studio (full wks + prep/wrap days).
